Worst service at Bagalkot. They never come to customers address for delivery but update status as delivery tried but failed. They try to call customer once if customer is busy they assume that delivery failed. They don't have courtesy to pick customer call when they call back Worst experience

Very very worst service.. . They don't call customer and tell delivery failed.... This should reach higher management....

Very bad experience, and waiting for more than 5 days product not yet delivered n it's gone deliver or not that also don't know... current location of office also not updated here

Guys they are stuck in floods wch is actually happening in other taluqs but they are facing it in bgk.. nice.. only their office is flooded.

They wont call the customer when parcel is arrived and just says delivery failed and they even wont come to address
