The delivery guy gave my parcel to another person, and now, I even don't know, where's my parcel and who took it on my behalf. Their customer care is worse and they don't even take our complaints seriously. They just say that we will contact you soon and they never revert.
Worse than 3rd class. The executives do not bother to call you or inform you with timings and on their keep cancelling orders marking the same to the company. On calling them not only are they rude. Looks like Xpress bees does not have an HR department to train these guys who think they are doing customers a big favour. Hopeless Xpressbees.....! The Ghat Road office number is always unreachable. Strange that the franchise owner also does not want to improve his business.
0/10, order was on mother's name. Delivery man thrown parcel in house of next lane. My order was prepaid without asking name as well as delivery code he/she thrown it. I got successfully delivered message from your side, you don't care about customers I was calling and calling as well submitted review that I didn't get any parcel but no use. Worst customer care service no one is there to answer. Why are you sending delivery code if there is no use of it. Without code how your system works? What's security are you provide? You give parcel to anyone and nothing to do with customer. Please close all services you offer it will be great for all. Don't use its services there no trust as well as no values for business.

The worst service ever. We are traumatised by this experience. Nobody in the customer service is ready to listen to our complain. The delivery guy refused to deliver the package to our house and kept cutting our calls and when my old mother went to receive it from him and told him that she would complain about his behaviour, he verbally abused her and left without giving her the package, leaving her confused and scared. The deliver man has no fear of the company and the company itself would not listen to your feedback. Never going to use this service and going to make sure I never buy from any site that uses the service of this company. They don't care about their customers

Their delivery person of our area is very rude. He speaks very rude words and does not deliver parcels on time. He Continuously returns parcels without delivery attempt and states false reasons of return. And upon call he misbehaves. And after 3 days continuous calls to their customer care i got the shipment status as "order returned to seller" Unprofessional behaviour and Pathetic service.
