I was checking several PGs in Delhi and I visited this one because of high ratings. Turns out that all those were fake reviews. The PG is located in a real dark and dingy area. The rooms are like old style village rooms. They served food in polythene bags to the people live there. Frankly, any pg would be better than this.

One of the best PG in Malviya Nagar at a affordable rate. I have spend almost 1.6 year of my college time and had the best experience so far. The best part is it is adjacent to metro station which makes transportation more convenient.
Reviewing after living here for more than a year now....property is at an easily accessible & well connected location...budget friendly...Never had any night access issue...Wifi speed is good...I personally never had any issue with the landlord...I wish to mention here an incident when RO in my room got faulty...then the landlord provided us mineral water cans for more than 1 month until RO function restored.
Renovation and paint on walls required, what surroundings are doesn't matter but interior must be clean for an impression..plus point is 15 seconds walk from Malviya Nagar Metro.
