Good trainers and training. Kannan, Praveen and Anoop they do their job very well. They give diets planning and check with us every week. There is a high level cardio exercise section every Saturday conducted by Anoop.

Equipments are there... Non AC...Extra charge for Treadmill usage ......Tooooooo much rush...You wont get a corner to stand a sec to take a breath.

Very good gym... Has all the latest equipments along with experienced trainers.
They offer great trainers and gym equipments. Also there is a changing room. Entrance door has a locking system which only allows the members to pass. The gym also have more-than enough ventilating fans and lights.
It doesnot have any option to workout from 9AM-12PM. probably some option could have been good... Space is too less and seems to be crowded..
