XCELLENT CARE HOSPITAL - Hospital in Chennai - Chennai, India

Please don't go to this hospital, I got dengue fever consultation with Dr paalmuruknnn and as per procedure admission and following test procedure, treatment and doctor good but the whole environment totally worst like dungeon kind of single room worst maintenance. AC not working but as per policy they don't change. AC smell, room get smell without any room spray, kind of old fungus, not maintenance room kind. No maintenance, not changing bed sheet daily , not clean toilets, full of mosquito, don't recommend here for inpatient. Outpatient clinic better than this hospital. Staff nurse few good but overall not patient friendly.

It is one of the worst hospitals I have visited till date. The hospital does not have well trained nurse and doctors to look after the patients. The entire hospital setup is money minded and are only focused towards swindling money from the patients. Dr. Balasubramanian will keep the patient under observation for days giving a list of tests after the patient recovery which is unnecessary and not in line to the patient health issue. Not even a medical prescription is provided by the doctor on discharge which shows the caliber of the doctor and hospital environment.

Doctors & staff are very cooperative and the treatment is good. However, cleanliness is very poor in all the areas. More attention needs to be given for cleanliness.

Doctor and Nurse hospital processor is good, but cleaning is not well and the toilet is also not clean well. Bedsheets also do not change properly.

The worst hospital ever; Dr. Natrajan is incapable of stitching; 20 days after the operation, we are still dealing with problems related to errors committed during surgery. Additionally, they are very excellent in terms of excellent charges

I would like to say thank you to the Xcellent care hospital because i had a accident with severe injuries in my head so, some people helped me to admit in this hospital and the Dr. Chendilnathan, nurses and staffs taked care of me and this hospital was maintained cleanly and hygiene. I am feeling good within 1 month and a special thanks to the Xcellent care hospital. Thank you so much!!!!!

Very very worst hospital,no proper response irresponsible ppl who is sitting in reception nd emergency ward doctor. I went for Dengue on Sunday reception guy is very rude nd went to emergency ward doctor she is not at all fit to be doctor need suie her ... They are saying due to Sunday no physician ll be coming it's upto you to get admitted or to see other option.this is how hospital ppl ll act not even bother abt patients.. just they are enjoying chit chatting there with out work .i donno how adminstration is looking out this .i suggest not even go to this hospital.

Worst hospital but doctors and treatment worthy... don't recommend here IP. only OP good. Hospital environment pathetic and staffs also rude and not good behaviour discipline manner. Rooms not clean properly while staying highly chance of additional health issue while staying such good and clean hospital. Not recommended for IP, only OP good Hospital.
