I've been going for about 8 months and I must say, it is one of the neatest and best maintained gymnasium in Uzhamalakkal Panchayath area. It is fully equipped and has a good trainer named Sinoj Khan who is more than happy to help with anything. He is the owner of the Gymnasium also. The place is ambient and has a good atmosphere for working out.

It's good training equipments are new models easy to control all equipments It's a good choice to fitness and health club

Better experience... It's Ordinary gym. I really like going to the gym. Fairly priced. The important thing is that the coach is excellent.

The coach is very supportive & overall its nice gym.
