Olden type of rooms. Service good though

The rooms were clean, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous quality service.

Worst experience ever. I have paid rs. 3300 for a room and once I checked in the tv was not working so as the lamps. I immediately contacted the receptionist and they started repairing it. It took 1hr 15 minutes to solve the complaints and I asked the management to provide discount for the inconvenience that caused me. They were really arrogant and told me they won't provide any discounts or whatsoever. They told me that if you want to leave without staying then you can but still they will only provide 50% of the amount. Finally the next day they return rs.300 as reimbursement but what's the use after all this mess. Totally hated the stay and I advise everyone not to go there if you are planning for a peaceful stay.

Service was very poor. Mots irritating thing in the hotel is the behavior of manager lady. Will not recommend. Rooms are costly while compared with the service and facilities. Food quality was very poor and costly.

Worst service ever...we booked on Agoda it showed 1800 and when we reached there it showed 2500..and they are charging a non refundable deposit of 200 for mentaince....there manager Rakhi dint even respond and she was not even botherd to attend the Customer....nor she was ready to give a proper reply and she disappeared in 2 min and staffs Shiyas and Pradep are so rude..they treated us like as if we came and disturbed them and we are beggers who came begging them ...shiyas the service person who came to show the room was so rude ...worst experience...I suggest not to chose this place

Buffet service was the worst. All food was served cold and had very few dishes. All non veg food was sub standard. Chicken was overly fried and didn't have any proper pieces. Same story with the fish curry, no fish pieces basically and didn't look fresh either. No other non veg items. Standard items that you expect in any buffet (noodles, beef) were missing. Tried to raise this with the management but without much luck. Overly priced with pathetic service. I will stay away from this place. Really deserve no stars.

Bungalow styled high roof rooms, well appointed, but amateurish. Good spacious washroom with a full course washroom kit and neat fresh linen. Good food served on room service as well as restaurants. A well stocked permit room with a spectrum of spirits for connoisseurs of the same. Super courteous front desk, innkeeper style with total management of property. Quiet and peaceful premises.

Had a glorious past, will be useful if you are looking for a place for small functions- privacy, parking, road side, within city limits. Bar attachment in separate building with different entrance. buffet lunch available. if you are going during the covid time, take your own precautions.
