Xavier's Residency is a Hotel Conveniently Located in the Heart of the chathannoor City, just 5 minutes from Bus Stand. Its an average place serves beer and wine . previously it was a bar attached restuarant now it's beer and wine parlour

Very bad Service. The behavior of the front office staff is very bad. There is not even a eletric plug that works properly in the rooms

Nice tasty food

Nice place to gather for lunch or Dinner. Best among the restaurants in Trivandrum but not for the authentic Kerala food.

Now sells only beer and wine based on new gov policy for stopping alcoholism in a phased manner. As a Bar, its not wprth stepping in
