Xavier's - Lodging in Anjuna - default, India

Me & my wife stayed at Xavier's for 3 nights. The stay was pleasant. Close to Anjuna Beach. Very clean rooms, surrounded by lush green trees, plants & flowers. Owner John is wonderful person.

Great place to stay...walkable distance to anjuna beach...rooms are neat & clean..very calm & greenery location..

it's a great place... away from most of the hustle and bustle. the best part is that this property is taken care of by the owner himself, as he stays and resides within the property. It is a very peaceful environment and if you just want to enjoy the beach then you need nothing else because the property is located a few hundred metres away from the beach.

Located near Anjuna beach, the centre of North Goa, Xavier's is the right property for you if you want privacy as well as calmness around. The property is very well decorated and it's definitely not just stay worthy but Instagram worthy too!! The kitchen section and the entrance both have a nice sitting area where you can chit chat and play indoor games like carrom etc. The host John is a great guy and is fun to have around. I'm definitely coming back here and you should too! Privacy. The fact that the property is hosted by John and his family will automatically make you feel home and safe. Anjuna Beach is at a walkable distance so one can visit it at ease any time of the day. The rooms are spacious,and so is the bathroom. Clean and tidy and has all necessities.

An amazing Airbnb, in the nature's lap! Perfect location! Literally a minute away from Anjuna beach, shiva valley and many amazing restaurants! The owner John is very welcoming and attentive! The place is very well maintained with very aesthetic rooms of different categories! There's a small restaurant serving amazing food. The owner also arranges activa if needed. The prices of the rooms are reasonable and totally worth it

A quaint place that's sure to please anyone's eyes (and Instagram). The rooms are spacious with everything you'll need, and the most beautiful part is the general area outside the rooms. The staff is extremely warm and will oblige to any reasonable request you make. They help you with anything, from their own rented vehicles to making calls and booking a cab for you.

Very affordable place and nice hospitality. U will enjoy staying here. There were joolas for every room outside and greenery everywhere. U will get a nice vibe with evening lighting. Place is clean and neatly maintained. U can ask John there for any suggestions of places he will help u and u can get something to eat there itself and food was also good there. Overall nice experience

Lovely place to stay if you are near Anjuna Beach. It was a calm place outside of crowded North Goa region. It had a great ambience at the garden area. The staff welcomed us with great smile and was very co-operative. The owner was very friendly. The staff were very polite and would heed us to our requests in a positive way. The room was spacious enough for couple and neat. Even the toilet was very clean. Thanks to the management for taking care of the stay.
