Xandari Harbour - Resort hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

If you are in for a dinner, the views you get are excellent, same can't be said for the food. I went there with few of my friends at around 9 PM. The place is calm and quiet. Went to the top floor balcony of the restaurant. The views are amazing from here. It's a nice place to have a mocktail and relax. The lake water is almost a feet below the restaurant floor and this was a first time experience for me. Go there if you are looking for a calm and quiet place for dinner. They also had live music played by a local musician. It's overall a feel-good experience.

The staff is the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Amazing and innovative food options. Beautiful restaurant and breakfast area. The pool view and room view is breathtaking. Great if you want a complete peace of mind. The fact that it is renovated from a 200 old harbour building gives it a cultural antiquity.

Will agree with most of the reviews already posted here. The ambience is really nice. Well kept and maintained. Have their own parking. The view is however of city and not of sea. So good morning sunrises but no sunsets from this place. Locality is good as it is close to fort Kochi near to spice market. On a quite and peaceful road. Service is customer friendly. Good for romantic candle light dinners on top deck. Saying all the positives i would like to come to the main point. The prices are way too high for the restaurant and not sufficient quantity. A dinner for me costed 3K without any drinks. They have a policy of farm fresh produce, but isnt that what we gernally do at our houses. Pick up local fresh things from market??? How come it sky rocket prices for them? Anyhow. During end December month which is peak tourist season, i noticed even there rooms were empty. Might be the charges that stop people from coming here.

The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are comfy and the view is unparalleled. The location is a little difficult to arrive at because the roads are really narrow. Apart from that, once you arrive at the place, its a total breeze. Be warned, there's no television as they encourage you to enjoy the property. Perfect for a break though overpriced. No gym as well. But you can swim in the pool instead. Not a lot of space to walk around either.

Great ambiance, great view and amazing dinner - right from Tamarind Ginger Ale to grilled prawns on watermelon to braised lamb was perfection! The desserts were ok - panacotta was dense and didn't jiggle, creme Brulee top cover was made of sugar crystals instead of sugar powder. Overall a great dinner. Decently priced - around 4500 INR for 3 people. It's a non alcoholic place.

Wow! Amazingly beautiful place. The view is simply awesome. On one side you have the container port where you can see huge ships and on the other side you have the cargo ships terminal along with cruise ships. You can also see the man made island and the city from here. The hotel is also as good as the view. The breakfast is very nice. However the menu is a bit on the higher range but the food tastes good. It has a swimming pool with an ocean view. The rooms are lovely and pleasant. The staff are very friendly and polite. So if you want to have a day off with full peace and a good view this is the place to be.

Extremely beautiful place with stunning view of water body where see and fever join , and having something sitting there will be a won't forget scene. The restaurant is old Dutch warehouse building then they opened and maintained well without doing any decoration , getting into 51 itself Will be a great experience with art and stories. The "51" restaurant is set up just beside the water and is perfect setting for a romantic brunch or dinner. Food too is great at this restaurant. Service - Amazing and well-trained executives are hired at this place who make sure you don't face any small issue. The people at the reception as well as the staff in the restaurant attend to all your needs and make sure you have a nice experience. They even help you out with the local sightseeing tours.
