going since more than a year when i was considered paper thin, but with a helpful trainer and supportive crowd, i gained motivation as well as 13 kgs and now im considered healthy!! I joined recently and found it to be very convenient and comfortable as female as the owner of the gym is female. They Have all the equipments in best condition,very neat and clean gym.The trainer is also very good and always ready to clear any doubts if I had.So I would request if anyone interested to push yourself hard and workout then this is the place you should go..And one more thing the price is also affordable.The best thing is they don't recommend any supplements and also motivate you to push harder. The owner is very sweet and humble. Thankful to them for always answering my queries and doubts.
