I have been a regular at The fitness point gym since last year and have always enjoyed my workout because of friendly and comfortable atmophere. Moreover the trainers will never disappoint you as there is no pressure for personal training. Even general training is good enough at this gym!
It,s very spacious and interior is nicely decorated , the infrastructure is well maintained. The staffs are well behaved, friendly and helpful. Then trainers out in the gym are educated and experienced and will help you out in the right direction to build your figure or to shred your extra fat. The money is worth giving.
The trainer is wonderful!!! Amazing experience...I have been to most of the gyms in and Around Noida for short period of time but it's been more than 3 years and I'm still sticking to this place!!! Love it! Although not on the main road, still absolutely safe! P.S- No pressure for Personal Training, that's such a relief!
Overall my experience was great here it's been more than 3 years to me being here and trainers are talented, loose more than 30 kg's.... and still work in progress .... Also,well ventilated-its not those gym's in the basement .......
