Why do brand fail when they come to Calcutta? What happens to their SOPs.. What happens to their trainings? How can they hire such nincompoops? And the answer is, the brands don't really care for this part of the world. They let the stores out to a franchisor... Who happens to be a marwari without a miss. Do I need to say more? So this store is ok types. Merchandise would be the same. But service wise I would rate - 100 out of 100. I would love to meet the guy from Wrangler who finalized this franchise in South City and City Center.
