I joined this gym a month ago and my trainer is amazing. Sunitha maa'm is just awesome. She makes me do nice workouts and I see the difference. Thank you wow fitness. I would recommend the best gym for women's is Wow.
I highly recommend this Gym it is hygiene and a very friendly environment . as to mention it is a Ladies gym it feels really comfortable to workout. Huge shout out to my trainer Sangeetha, she is really great in getting the routine done and takes care of each individual personally. There are good activities and entertainment during weekends.

Honest review: Very less space to workout The main trainer is only for personal training The other 2 lady trainer's don't even ask if you need any help or support. They're not fit or try to motivate anyone. No good vibe. No one guides you properly. They only make money.
