Now renovated and good looking.

Amazing place. recently came to know importance of this place

The tea shop near the arch named Mani cafe is worth

A greeny treat for the nature loving delight. As far as I heard there is a strong casteism followed in here. Comparatively we could buy or get a service for low cost since it is a village. The water in the canal looked pure.

Nothing to describe.This place was now newly renovated. Two coffee shops avaliable nearby.

Info - A decrepit and partially vandalised arch at Valady village, near Lalgudi, serves as a grim reminder of India's contribution to the Allied victory in World War I (1914-1918). Ironically, the now sooty and crumbling words at the peak of the arch read: "Lest We Forget"

Recently renovated now in good condition, it is honour for our contribution in world war

When I see from the distance it's looks like small arch... But, later I came near, it's big one... Wonderful architecture...!
