Wow these guys are the best for international travel purpose. From day 1 of interaction with world Travel studio through Instagram it has been wonderful. Starting with Mr. Abid visa team who got our e visas done within a week. Special thanks to Mr. Thomas who planned for our tour to Australia. He was a virtual guide for us on tour as well. Given the time zone difference between India and Australia he never hesitated to pick our calls wether its midnight or early morning in India for any query. Ms. Prachi had kept us constantly updated in time with regards to covid restrictions and our flight bookings well in advance. Mr. Ryan has been amazing with regards to sightseeing bookings and other related matters. You guys have been fabulous and definitely going to choose WTS for my next trips. Super Duper pathetic experience, booked Europe tour. Apartment was booked Non AC and that was not informed by the sales person, after a long debate their staff told to pay at the apartment and hey will refund me back once i am in India but no refund till date. cab was booked on PVT basis at the time of booking they told us to travel by bus on sharing. At Madrid airport cab din came the staff told to book Uber and they will pay me back once i am back to India its already 3 months now i am still waiting for refund. Do not pay entire amount in advance for the trip. Once completed smoothly then make the balance payment. And their sales people are too busy after advance paid. Either they are on leave, unwell or they in meetings.
Recently I had booked UAE tour with WTS. Amazing experience, smooth and hassle free travel. All bookings were sent automatically to the registered number a day prior. Thanks to Akriti and Gaurav for organising and making this vacation the memorable one. Their staff in Dubai(Ms Praveena) was also very very cooperative and understanding.
