The most Prime Commercial Building of Colaba/Cuffe Parade Area. This 32 story giant structure is old one. Has good facilities Such as Security , Lifts etc. Only one thing missing is a Cafeteria. Can be reached from CST and Churchgate by BEST busses or may take taxi available I. Plenty. Houses big Government offices. Has ATMs in premises. Also has a exhibition center in the premise. A Good Place to come for Work.
Located in a peaceful locale , the building makes its presence felt by its height and grandeur and architecture. One must definitely go if the opportunity to visit an exhibition presents itself..
Mumbai World Trade Centre at Cuffe Parade was built in 1970.
Have been here multiple times for meetings, conferences as well as in the restaurants Meetings have been in offices so that cannot be reviewed Conference rooms are spacious for the concerned events but facilities are scarce with rigid staffers The biggest drawback is network connectivity issues. As soon as you step into the bldg, there's little or no network until you reach higher floors Else a nice peaceful place with ample parking space.

The Mumbai World Trade Centre at Cuffe Parade was built in 1970. It consists of two towers, the M Visvesaraya Industrial Research and Development Centre (MVIRDC)and IDBI.MVIRDC is known is also called Centre 1. It was, at 156m, the tallest building in South Asia until the 2010 completion of The Imperial towers at Tardeo (252m). It was constructed by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group. In 1998 the Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply and Transport (BEST) commenced air conditioned bus services connecting the World Trade Centre with the suburb of Andheri.[7] Further, Special 2 buses are also running between the most busiest railway station of the mumbai CST and World Trade Center, Mumbai. In the Centre 1, there are companies like ITC Limited, Oman Airways, Reserve Bank of India,EXIM Bank etc where as in IDBI there is only a Head Office of IDBI bank.
Visited this place because of an exhibition which was held at the arcade. The security is strict here and there's no parking available. You need to find it out somewhere which is quite difficult because its normally packed with office goers. It's a bit confusing if your new here and the signs are not that helpful but you can always ask around and reach your destination.
World Trade centre is a good place to visit when exhibitions are on there. If you love shopping then this is the place
