People come here just to click pics, roam around and eat food. Almost all shops remain empty, people visit them for window shopping. Rent of bigger 120 yard shops is around 3L per month. Not sure how a businessman can survive with such expensive market. If you are asked to setup stall during Diwali, new year, Christmas, or any other festival, do not get away by seeing the crowd here. Gentry is really bad, the worker/labour class won't spend money, salaried people buy online at expensive rates but won't spend dime here. Businessmen go to Delhi instead of buying here. Literally a sh!t marketplace for shopkeepers who don't sell food.
Great place for family outing having good vibes. Good architecture design, having amazing food outlets, branded showrooms, spacious parking area, and most importantly usually on every festival they tries to get good vibe there with beautiful decoration. They have unique names for every other lane. Good place to go for shopping, eating, parties.
