World Of Titan - Watch store in Sangli, Sangli Miraj Kupwad - Sangli, India

I hope this finds you well. I am a loyal customer of Titan and recently had an unfortunate experience with the service of my Titan watch. I had taken my watch to this World Of Titan in Sangli for My Police Watch. However, the service provided was not up to the standard I have come to expect from Titan. The issue with my watch was not resolved first they were like your watch's battery is dead and they changed it then after that i face same issue watch was not working then they were likeyou got carbon on your Cell they cleared it and give it to me after 2-3 hrs same issue then they told me that you need to service your watch and it will cost around 1500 then I refused to do that after some time I went to Solapur Titan Stire and showed them same watch they were like battery is dead then i told them about my sangli Store Experience they were like no sir your battery was dead they changed it and now watch is working. Then i want to know that Sangli Store was fooling me or what they want from customers I kindly request you to look into this matter . I believe in the quality of Titan and hope that this incident is an exception and not the norm. Thank you And Same Experience of my friend Abhishek about Tommy Hilfiger Watch.

Got there a for watch. It wasn't available offline, so they ordered it and said will contact us within 2 days it's 15 days thev haven't contact us. I wish they improve the service. Watches are good at store

Staff is good and Helpful, Service centre is 100% upgraded.. Variety is brilliant, Vast number of models are available.. Best and biggest watch showroom in the District. Overall 5/5 stars from my side.
