Okay, this gym is a very affordable and an old school gym. The equipments here are all fine. You'll get everything, one would need for an effective workout. Trainers are good and friendly. Infact try interacting more with them they'll get to you for the assistance. Also try not to expect very much from an affordable gym. From the aspects of equipments you'll get most from it. But bringing your own water bottle is recommended because the water filter is very old their. It is mostly now just a container to hold water. Although water is drinkable but better to be on safe side. You'll get 3 hours of morning time for men from around 6:00 a.m. the gym opens and the last time for men to workout is 9:15 a.m.(max). After that women can come for workout. And for now i am not sure about the evening time. But i mostly visited it at 6:00 p.m. and it closes at 9:00 p.m. So for the price this gym is very good. But as compared to other it's an average. Ya about the space it provides is just sufficient for one to feel good about. And as a regular client. I like it. It fits my budget right now. And also its a no A.C. gym. A little ventilation problem come if it get too crowed or the exhaust fans are off. It happens very less. And you have to go out of the gym and breathe. Despite of any bad things i like its vibe. So thumbs up for you.

Best Gym which is affordable at reasonable price .. Good Trainer is present He would help you learn the actual position and perfect posture for lifting weights ... It is not air conditioned gym... All equipments are present for effective training and body building... Drinking water is present .... Music system is also present... Parking area is small... Overall a good gym...
