They say they are best. But no best hospital asks the patient to report at 11:45PM for an endoscopy, without food or water for 8 hours, and then starts the procedure at 2:30PM, still without food or water. Worst case of delay and the doctor being late, so far. Good decor and nice lighting in the place though.

Dr. Vipul Roy Rathod and his team is the best to provide a world class medical care to patients suffering from any Gastroenterology related disease in a cost effective way.

Bhakti, the assistant to Dr. Rathod is extremely rude and unhelpful. We've paid a lot of money for medicines and appointments but she never responds to messages or calls. We cannot speak to the doctor directly either. She doesn't not understand issue completely and gives half baked replies. Can't count on them for timely solution.

One of the worst doctor and clinic. They loot public like anything. Never go to this clinic. They gives so many medicines every time 7-10,000 Rs. They dont care about improving patient health but loot, loot and only loot.

My wife suffers from Ulcerative colitis and has been under the care and treatment of Dr. Vipul Roy Rathod since 2018. Strictly following the advice and guidance of Dr. Rathod regarding medicines and dietary and lifestyle changes, her condition is very much under control and there have been no major issues or flare ups even after stopping oral medication. I can say this confidently to anyone who suffers from ulcerative colitis that it is possible to go into remission without oral medicines since Dr. Rathod takes my wife off oral medicines on and off even upto 8 to 9 months at a stretch. We are both very thankful to Dr. Rathod to have helped and guided us through this difficult journey and it is a great mental relief for us to know that he is always there to help us wherever we need him.

I had consulted Dr. Roy at WGI in early 2016, did endoscopy, colonoscopy, made good money at my expense, kept on putting me on tons of medications and still I never recovered. Bogus place. Please don't waste your money and precious time. He puts up a charming personality just to fool you and when he can't cure you he can get rude. I was very hurt by his rude attitude. I never wanted to even bother writing a review but then I thought that people should know. After years I am getting courage to finally write the truth about this horrible experience I had at WGI.

I am still sitting at this place, I must say he is an outstanding doctor. Rather I must say a friend in a doctor. He is so genuine, so honest that he really wishes that people get right treatment at right time. I highly recommend, any one who suffers from gastric issue, just land down to this place. You can just close eyes and trust. I feel regret I am late in coming, but still very hopeful that I came. I am sure I am in safe hands. Highly recommended doctor. God bless him.
