It's almost been an year since I'm training here and yep it's a great gym, owner's polite, has certified and experienced trainers that are always there to assist you.
Machines are well lubricated and maintained on regular basis.
Seperate hours for girls are also available.
Owner is not aware of workout knowledge. He just tells the same diet to everyone regardless of anyone body and also tells to to do workout randomly without proper guidance. You have to rely on yourself only. Also the price is high according to few machines only
So I am a beginner and I have joined this workout gym since few weeks ago and I can see a quick changes in me and feels so happy and yeah the owner of this workout gym is very nice person, humble and all the facility are available in this workout gym and so comfortable gym specially for girls, for me this workout gym is best.
