Booked: Mahendra XUV700 for 2 days Why 4 Star? & Why not 5 Star, Cons First 1) The Process to get the vehicle is simple, But till we get the vehicle in hand we will have a fear like will i get it or not. I understand the practical difficulties there But Please give us the confidence that my booking is confirmed. 2) When i reached them for the first time to book the car ( 1 month prior of the date) The response was poor. I reached multiple times for confirmation. No response from the team. @worktown, Think from our shoes. In our plan/trip the car will play the major role. So when its collapsed then the whole plan for the trip is messed up. NOW THE PROS: 1) Excellent, Friendly team when you meet in person. The Process to get the car is simple. And they are very genuine. Tried many other car rental companies. Mostly they will be a fraud and getting back the deposit amount is an hectic. But this guys are very genuine. 2) Please call them in prior before you reach the location ( 1 to 2 hrs prior) As they dont park the car in the mentioned location ( there is no office). Overall, Super awesome team will definitely avail there service again and again. Keep up the good work. Dear Workktown, You guys are genuine and very friendly, But please remember that Customer experience and building the confidence to the customer is very important. Please take care of that.

I was given an unsafe bike with poor customer support. Riding it, the steering felt very weird and off-kilter. I had someone else confirm this, as well as point out the front tire was very underinflated. I contacted Worktown immediately, and their only response was to advise me to fill the tire with air, presumably with my money. Even if I did that, the tread on that front tire was almost completely gone. The mirrors were fixed at an odd angle. I wasn't able to manually adjust them because they had been locked into position, severely limiting what I could see behind me. There were no documents under the passenger seat. I inquired about this at the time of rental and was told they would be emailed out; I received no such email. The helmet they gave me was far too big and missing the foam over the right ear piece. At the time of rental, I asked for a smaller helmet and was told there was no other available. I asked twice after that and was still not given a replacement helmet. I'm very disappointed with this company. They made zero effort to correct the situation. The only thing they offered was to advise me to fill the tires with my own money. They also took a long time to respond to WhatsApp messages and I felt like I had to chase them to get a response.

Hi I have rented Activa for a month and they are professional and decent and polite. And the scooter was in good condition I used it for daily commute to office until my new scooter is delivered. I would recommend this place.I thank mani, junior and a lady who I spoke via phone. They are polite and helpful

I booked a nissan micra for 3 days. First of all, I waited for more than one hour to get the car delivered.The car was not cleaned properly. It looked very dirty from outside. There was no rear view mirror inside the car. The diesel tank opener was broken.The front seatbelt (other than the driver's one) was very difficult to be fastened.Throught my journey, one warning light was flashing in the car display panel.I asked for vehicle papers on whatsapp. They did not even send it. Over I had a horrible experience with workout rentals. I would never recommend this to anyone

I booked a bike rather on short notice. But I was amazed to see the quick response on Google map message itself. The person who responded was very professional and friendly. I took a cab from Chennai Central Railway to this place. It takes about half an hour. The place is located near a housing area and there is no board or tag that I could find with business name. The procedure was quick and easy, they shared a link to fill up details. Do note you need copied of THREE separate IDs. Photos of the IDs work too. Your work ID card is also accepted. There was no deposit and they did not take my original ID which was great. You need to pay up front. I booked an FZ V2 but I got an FZ V1 for 600 per day. I would not recommend this bike as it has a few issues. The breaking was bad and the left mirror was wobbly. It has all the issues of the bike which is specific to it like poor mileage, bad fuel meter etc. The owner did agree to give me the V3 for 800 per day. But I decided to give it a try. DON'T. Go for the V3.

I took a JAWA for my weekend ride to Kolli Malai, a 900 km stretch with the famous 70 hairpin turns in 30 hours. This bike was just the perfect companion. It was a new bike well groomed. And I got it in just 30 minutes of the enquiry. The overall service though at a premium price is just worth it. I had already tried some other rentals before hiring from here, and I can safely say this is one of the best bike rentals in Chennai.
