For startups and small firms that are considering this premise, please do your due diligence before deciding. Management doesn't reply to any of the issues you bring up. Most of the firms that are working in SM towers are facing huge parking problems. They have provided an outer space that practically is not feasible for corporates. So unless you plan on commuting by walk to office, don't consider this premise.

Most it companies will be there If you are employee and parking is full you can park in outer gating parking in corporation road. 1st floor have open space and you can work independently there. Cafeteria above 6th floor no lift you have to take stairs. Overall good

Such a nice place to work with a team in good atmosphere. And extraordinary ambience and interiors design. Great facilities for shared office space.

In my previous comment yes I missed few content about the team's, might be like story Summon, the first one who i met in Workez and the kind always ease to interact, communicate and etc.. then about VC , am sure my word ll be exhaust if i start about him & In first i would mention his caring approach and it will relate with me in personally besides proved as well his professionalism & the way i see he also the reason the team always in grooming and yeah still its NOT WAS and the picture of the place is very very emotionally connected with me of course i would say its very very , yes miss you man! Okay i'd stop about him then about Mohammed, Senthil, Jag, Pavithran, Mari ,Antony the all and sundry showing their excellence , united - yes touch wood And the security anna (Ramesh) deserving the highest esteem Keep going TEAM

Nice interiors but the place is packed with limited to no parking space for most of the time.

Work EZ is all about money. If you give money you will get good service, if not the way they treat you, the way they see you is horrible. Even for the rest room you need to pay separately. Bike parking is really horrible. Again you need to pay separately for bike parking, General Parking most of the time you wouldn't get, especially if you are second shift (2' O clock) for sure you won't get. Though they have annex building for general parking for employees it's almost like a theatre parking place. Yes, an empty place without shelter, no proper light, actually they have only one Small size Flood Light, due to the annex parking placed in off road your bike will be covered with full of dust. Apart from this, Cafeteria and other places will be cool to access. Forget to share about a few people who work for Work ez their attitude will make you feel uneasy. Summarise this if you are ready to pay separately to access the things in Work ez you will treat like a King .

Excellent place with a pleasant atmosphere to work and improve.
