The check in was satisfactory. The size of the room is small and there was a challenge getting hot water in the shower for a bath. The glib talking manager attributed it to the approaching winter season causing the water in the pipes to get cold. Does this suggest that the property is usable only in summer? The untrained staff just walked into the room on two occasions and even went into the bathroom on one occasion catching me in a state of semi undress. The next morning the breakfast was disappointing. The chef made a mess of the sunny side up eggs and put green chilies in the omelet even after being instructed specifically to not do so. It took them 30 minutes to deliver just two toasts. As we wanted to leave early, we had to do so without partaking of breakfast. This place needs to stop calling itself a luxury resort as it is far from being so. The tariff is far in excess of the service being provided by them. They also did not provide a proper GST bill. This is certainly a place to be avoid when in Mount Abu.

Beautiful location. Very friendly, personalized service. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs for less oily, not spicy food and prepared dishes upon request- in the midst of nature. Only downside is its in Mount Abu - another dirty filthy mufassil town in India. I know Mr Modi wants a lot of tourists to come to India but first they need to get rid of the garbage dumps and ugliness of each and every town that exists in the country

Imagine having a hot coffee outside your balcony/room with just mountain and forest around you. You can not hear any voices except that of birds and leaves. That is what peace is! I am so glad I stayed in this property. The room is decent and have basic amenities. It has no fancier interior like the other high end properties but if offers much more than this. The staff is extraordinary. They are so courteous and respectful. They do their best to make your stay memorable. You may have order before a hour so that they can prepare your food. Everything is so fresh. Though the food is normal and nothing extraordinary. You may also face network issues so it will truly feel like a holiday! :)

The experience was absolutely unforgettable, with excellent hospitality and guidance.The nature troll was truly awe-inspiring. Exploring the beautiful surroundings, breathing in the fresh air, and witnessing the breathtaking landscapes were moments we will treasure forever.

We had an amazing time here. Beautiful cozy room, pet friendly, fantastic service, delicious food . Exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Thank you to the wonderful staff. So looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful location and and even wonderful staff! The property is really beautiful, living in that calmness and peace. The staff is attentive to all your needs and they are super helpful. The food was delicious as well. What I specifically liked was that they cook everything fresh for you based on the order that you give, nothing is kept in the refrigerator. The rooms were clean and spacious as well. There is also a short hike from the resort to a nearby hill top which has great views of the valley and sunset. Don't miss that! They even give you tea/coffee to take along on the short hike :) Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Definitely check this place out if you are planning on visiting Mt. Abu. The only small blip was the wifi was pretty slow at times enough and looks like its shared amongst all rooms which drastically reduced the speeds.

This is such a pretty location that I visited with my school friends for lunch during our school reunion. The decor is tasteful and stylish and the place seems well designed and it does represent the "Abu as it was" theme. The toilets were clean, service was good and prompt and it had a pretty, european air with garden flowers around. I did not get to see the bedrooms but most people referred to this place as the New Zealanders! Will definitely choose to stay here on one of my visits back to Abu.
