I recently had the pleasure of staying at Woody's Kodaikanal, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The resort exceeded all my expectations in every way, making my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, the accommodation at Woody's was excellent. The location is very near to kodai lake.The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the resort made it the perfect home away from home during my vacation. What truly set Woody's apart was the remarkable staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally cordial and attentive, making sure that I felt welcome and valued throughout my stay. The restaurant serves veg food and is neatly maintained. We preferred the restaurant food rather than having it from outside. The picturesque surroundings and the serene ambience of the resort's location in Kodaikanal further enhanced the experience.You can go for a morining walk as the area around is spacious. They provide facility of horse riding also. In conclusion, my stay at Woody's Kodaikanal was nothing short of exceptional.
Booked a room via MakeMyTrip for 2 days last weekend and drove all the way from Ernakulam to Kodaikanal in high traffic to have the worst experience at a hotel so far! Even though we paid the full amount and booked the room, there was no room for us they said with no courtesy! Great way to treat people who travel long distance on a busy weekend and we couldn't find one hotel/ resort/ homestay for us that we had to drive back at night!
Belongs to the famous Woodlands group. However the food quality was a let down (taste is subjective. Our family didn't like it). Service was slow even during non crowded time. Ambience is fantastic though. Touch of old age feeling, something I am used to from childhood
Stayed here for a day, the rooms are good,not that great though.But the location is great there are plenty of green space to take photos,but should be careful about wild bison .At night these animals were around the property.And even in the evening we saw one.The owners didn't even bother to say about it,other than that this place is good. They have a veg restaurant and the food is good.

I found this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Entrance welcome us by calm and pleasure feel. Hotel rooms are well cleaned and 24 hours hot water provisions. Room boy are very quick and active person.
While we were on route to the property, we were disappointed on the fact that this place was 20km away from Kodaikanal Town. But when we reached there we realised we might not even go to Kodaikanal since the property in itself is very very beautiful.
