24 hours check in /out facility available which is good and should be implemented by all hotels. Rooms are neat and clean, so is the entire hotel. Pradeep on the reception counter is a very helpful person, so are the other staff working in the hotel. Bit inside located from the main road, not readily visible but then its good for peaceful stay. Rickshaw should charge you not more than 50 rs from Manglore Central station.

I wanted to go to restaurants. The security was so busy with his mobile, didn't respond to my queries, he was not interested to speak or guide, finally when i asked him if he is deaf, he started to speak in singular language. No manners at all. I was with child so didn't want to make a seen in front of him. So I quietly left. Such people should not be allowed work or service.
I checked in the morning at 6:30am. Left the place and come back at 4:30pm. Being tired, wanted to relax but come back to see some infrastructure work happening in the room. Allotted a separate room after showing tiredness to the management. Shower doesn't work. A friend (travel guide - local) visited at 4:30pm and left at 5pm. Came back to drop off and was charged 500/- extra for the same while checking out at 9:45pm the same day. No proper restaurant in house. No work ethics. No empathy. No doubt seeing such bad reviews. Adding one more feather in their cap as the rooms and washrooms do smell of cigarettes and urine...
Customer services is very poor.....quality is not good according to money. Rooms are not clean....
We went to Mangalore and the weather was too hot so we went to this hotel and inquired about the room and price was single bed room 1200rs and the double bed room cost 1500. We requested them to show both because we only need the room for 11 hrs. So the attender took us to the 2nd floor and showed us double bedrooms. Then we requested him to show a single bedroom- looks like the room will be the same, only difference is if you come alone the double bedroom charge will be 1200, otherwise it will be 1500. Quite not convinced.
Unfortunately disappointed with my selection. For the price what I had paid I could have got complimentary breakfast and hygienic room with quality service in other hotels. Lesson learnt is what you see in pics and what you see actual was different so selecting right one is very important.
