Woods inn resort, Airport Hotel, Bhopal - Inn in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

My recent visit to this restaurant left me utterly disappointed. Our party had booked a specific location in advance, but when we arrived, the manager had given it away to someone else without any explanation or attempt to accommodate us. It was a special occasion, and their negligence ruined the evening. Throughout our meal, it was evident that they lacked the basic etiquette and training required in the service industry. They seemed disinterested and indifferent to our needs, which further soured the dining experience. Adding to the disappointment, the chairs were in terrible condition, making our dining experience uncomfortable. It's clear that the restaurant doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction, and the manager's lack of competence only exacerbates the problem. I strongly advise against dining here; there are far better options available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Woods inn resort. It was delightful experience. The room was well appointed with comfortable furnishings. The staff were courteous and attentive always ready to assist with any requests. I would recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment

Zaid, Mrs.Uzama, Giriraj, Rajkumar, Mr.Sariq thanks for your hospitality . The rooms are clean and tidy, the employees are friendly. The breakfast spread is Good and tasty. The ambience of the hotel is great. It's a godd experience to stay in your hotel. Scope of Improvement The food served during launch and dinner should be less spicy and oily. All though the food tastes good.

I am checking out today from here Nice resort. Staff is supportive. Swimming pool is clean. Good place for hangout, parties, vacations. Food is really very good . Rooms are clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, The staffs were always supportive to help us.. The Morning breakfast was excellent, the chef ensured that our choice of food needs were met.. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene with lots of green space.. We look forward to coming back whenever I plan to Bhopal. Feel very revitalized after swimming and some sports activities.. Manager Akbar is a excellent Host along with all other subordinates!!

Unhygenic 1/10, pillow covers didnt seem to hv been changed forever, towels were not crisp/white, lost color, bathroom was patheitic - bugs floating around, no place for towel near shower, shower not working - sudden spurts of hot water or no water or cold water. Just the reception and corridors look great

Hotel is in perfect location... It's 3.5 km from Raja Bhoj Airport and 13km from Bhool Railway Station... Pros. 1) location 2) swimming pool 3) Good Ambience 4) Budget Friendly 5) Indoor Games Cons. 1) Breakfast is not so good 2) Room Service quite slow

They have got one of the rudest manager I have ever seen. Mr Khan, he ensures that you feel offended and insulted and is completely unprofessional, seems like a bouncer wearing white collar with no experience of hospitality. Visited the place with my wife and her friends for their department's poolside joining party. They were meant to provide exclusive pool access for 2 hours to us along with food at the pool. Just after 1 hour a bunch of their hotel guests around 6-7 in number came in the pool and made all of us uncomfortable. Management was informed but they just came and asked them to leave the pool and went away. These people didn't leave the pool and it was informed to Khan, he was adamant that such thing didn't happen, then came to that it happened for hardly 10 mins, then we challenged that being the CCTV footage and if he can prove what he is saying then we will accept it. Afterwards he became impolite and started saying that those guests have booked a single rooms of 4000 and their entire package of one day stay is more than our pool party cost. He was just vomiting words with high tone. We argued if he hasn't provided the service he ensured then he must be sorry and should not charge for it in full amount, but his thick skin and ego didn't allow him to come to an agreement without making long heated arguments. Further Spoiled our mood which was already spoiled by the poor quality food being offered poolside. Starter was average but the main course was flavour less. In brief, the place is not safe for females, has a pathetic and arrogant manager and serves tasteless food. Never going back or recommending anyone to go this place.
