Woodlands Hospital - Private hospital in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I took my dad, who is a senior citizen, to woodlands, barkatpura, Hyderabad. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited. The reception staff (lady there) was rude and hung up the phone while I was fixing follow up appointment with the GP. We expect some patience and empathy from healthcare staff and it was disappointing to see such rude and unprofessional behaviour. Also, they charged Rs. 2500 for 2D echo and the doctor didn't even turn up timely for the appointment. Of course they returned the money. We got the 2D echo done in Vijaya diagnostic in Nallakunta at the scheduled time and for Rs.1800/- They gave a discount of Rs.200/- for senior citizens. The staff was polite and helpful unlike woodlands. If you can avoid woodlands, please do.

Hallo sir your hospital is very good few years ago my mother suffered from eye pain due to which I got the treatment done on Aadhar Card. Do you still get treatment through Aadhar card? Still giving my mother eye pain so I asked you

Dr.muralidhar sir more than times msgs,and photos send you sir but your not responding ,thank you for treatment,not hilling my finger,you didn't do stitches properly,we have to go again for stiches said doctor yesterday,you have to cut the corners of the wound but you didn't sir,medicine cost also heavy in hospital, I dont like it, all most 2 months iam suffering.

Actually we booked appointment in the hospital to meet doctor but toooo bad you said time also we came at the time but too bad my parents waited a lot but doctor did not came is this is the correct behavior of a hospital towards the patient this hospital really upset me a lot bad very very bad

This is one of the best hospitals in Hyderabad city. Specialised in all types of health issues. Expert doctors well versed in their field. I would like to give my warm heart appreciation to all the Doctors and to his entire team of professional nurses. I would also like to thank all the hospital staff in clean and admin for helping us in my grand mother's treatment. All the best for your future .

One of the Best Hospitals in Hyderabad. My mom was admitted for 3 days under the supervision of Dr. Rama Krishna DVS (Expert urologist with 25+ years of experience). She recovered fast and is doing well. The nurses were available 24/7 and cared well. The housekeeping workers were polite. Nursing Service: 5/5 Affordability : 4/5 (medicines are sold at MRP with no discounts) Cleanliness : 5/5 Overall value for money.

It's a dirty unhygienic building with hefty prices. For a viral fever case they will use ICU and ventilation, even use heart attack protocol and liver failure protocol billing you with 30,000 just for a day. They will simply say BP was down even when the reports are normal. It's sad to see such hospitals exist. OT and ICU zones are also dirty. Didn't take photos
