Well location is very good.
I was there for tirupati darshan and tamilnadu tourism office is just 650m from guest house, Restaurants are near and have very good south indian taste.

The room was good and neat. I booked a AC room. The AC was working. There was a ceiling fan and TV with SCV cable connection. The restroom was neat. The water was really good to take bath. The room was not worthy for Rs.1450 per night.

Safe, accessible & convenient. Staff is friendly and supportive. Next to Chepauk, with the stadium roaring during an IPL match with Dhoni playing for Chennai, you can imagine the fervor and pulse of the cricket crazy crowd, but I had a sound sleep in the safety of my room bang opposite the stadium. You have a TV and a wifi connection.
A typical budget hotel. No room service. Even mosquito repellent not provided in room. Bottled water not provided. You have to arrange your own. However, room was quite spacious. As it is situated right in the market, transportation and availability of restaurants is not a problem. We stayed here because of its proximity to Tamil Nadu Tourism office for ease in reaching the TTDC office early morning for catching conducted tours Volvo buses.
There is no caboards and in side the only one switch board no extra plug . No room service in the guest house

I always choose this hotel whenever i visit Chennai. The hotel is in a great location. 2 minutes from chepauk stadium and 10 minutes from marina beach and station is not so far also. 24 hours local transport available. Many food stall and resturents located nearby. Hotel environment is good. Drinking water available here 24 hours. Lift facility also available. Good behaviour of staffs. Room service is given regularly. Free wifi is available. Moreover 4 bed accommodation is best for family. Overall I love this place.
