Worst customer service. They sold defective product, and every time they repair and give it back. Already had to visit the store five times in four months. Their behaviour is very bad if the customer goes to claim a replacement.

Woodland is an overhyped and commercially exaggerated Brand. I am using this Brand since last 16 years for different models. The quality has never been up to the standard and expectations in accordance the price being paid for. The shape and geometry of the shoes change drastically after a little period of usage. Even careful maintenance doesn't help at all. The most pathetic experience has been their after sales service policy. At present I have a pair that has developed exposed square holes at the bottom of the sole after 08 months of usage while driving or usual intermittent walking, never used it for extensive and rigorous movements. This was priced at about Rs 3900 /- approximately. I took the shoe to the South City Kolkata Shop, the sales managers (!) had been very casual and reluctant to look at the issue and behaved with absolute unprofessional ethics. Finally those intellectuals came out with a resolution of throwing out the pair within a dustbin and buy a new one. I would suggest all to think twice before spending your hard earned money to buy these Brand, there are plenty of fair options available. Best regards.

Woodland is good, but don't reach out to this store. since the store situated in the heart of the city, they will have their own pricing. Additionally, the store manager and the guy in the shoe section behavior are so poor. Worst wood land store

This show room has a lot of stocks not only of shoes( trekking, casual, flip flops, sandals) but also of jackets, bags, socks, t-shirts and also some joggers. Staffs are very polite and well behaved. As far as I've seen no discount is available may be on some occasions there will be discounts available. Besides this showroom Khadim and Bata Showrooms are also there. No problem to find showroom it's close to the shriram arcade.

New stocks have been arrived. Beautiful collection of shoes. The brand 'Woodland' is enough to describe the scenario.

Good location. Just opposite New Market. They have discount offer almost round the year. It's a good idea to wait for offers to pick your shoe or jacket from here.

Service not good. They even forget to remove plastic tag. They midguide you about product

Nice showroom. The behavior of all the staff is very nice.
