First time am giving bad review for one shop. While selling a product their activity is great. but after selling customers are helpless. They told me shoe cost around 4000 has lifetime warranty. Even within one year shoe has some damage. They refused to change or replace or even repair. I have bill, they accepted that they talked about warranty is to sale a product. No Warranty. Don't believe their warranty. if you like buy and forgot their service.
Shoe's are available but polish is not available.. somany times visit the store same issue. I'm asking them for polish but the sales man is so annoying first he answered so Attitudely after talking about customer care then becomes a gentleman. So annoying
The place has a decent collection of shoes on display. But when I visited most shoes didn't have the size I needed. The service isn't that great since they're short-staffed.
Staffs are so friendly, the shop situated in the busy road, parking of the vehicle is difficult due to the construction style. There is very less number of models of shoes and sandals available. I have looked for a jacket but very less number of models available and some size is not available for all the models. There is no discount for fast moving models.

When I requested the showroom to service my woodland shoe, these guys turned down my request demanding the purchase bill. There is a policy with woodland that, if there is any service requirement for a genuine woodland product, the same would be done for free. These guys were so cheap that they dont even stick to their company policies..
Woodland shoes services are very bad. compare to the platform shops they are much better than the these showrooms.
