We stayed with friends in heritage cottages for 3 nights during weekdays, rooms were clean and ample space. The property is quiet and good for groups looking for private space during weekdays.

Away from the city center (approx 4km). So prefer to have your own vehicle.
location was good. we booked 3 rooms( Two tents and 1 herritage cottage) for eight guests. check in was not smooth but after check in service was good and staff was also supportive. too much insects were there in tents with lizards. but major disappointment came in the morning when we were ordering breakfast and call to place order we were told to go for complimentary breakfast which was organized in a hall as buffet. we knew that we dont have a complimentary breakfast on booking, so we again asked them, but they said that normal breakfast will be chargable, so they again insisted us to go and eat at the buffet. after eating, they charged us 1200rs for that breakfast 150rs per person. i dont know if they did that on purpose or not, but things like this shouldn't happen.
Rooms are very old, not well maintained, needs urgent renovation, towels are very old, service is very poor, no wifi connection at your room, not in the city center if you do not have a vehicle it would be difficult to commute. You can get much better hotel in this price range in panchmarhi.
It was a very pleasant stay. The environment was so peaceful, green and relaxing.Great recreational facilities like Burma bridges, net climbing, rock climbing , swing, slide, badminton court, etc. Ample space for kids to play. Food was delicious. Very nice, polite and helpful staff. Zip lining, boating are at walkable distance.
Well maintained garden, with ample of space to rome arround inside resort, adventure activities for children and adults. Nic garden for candel light dinner or for liquor party you enjoy.
Tents are worth of money with neet and clean services. Safe place to stay.

the stay was very nice. most important the adventure activities available at the resort is free of cost and quite exciting. the breakfast and in general food is good. only negative part is the tents room need some maintenance or cleaning activities. rest very good place for couple as well as families. overall good experience.

We stayed two nights in Swiss tents in this resort. Overall an good experience. Though furniture in rooms could be better. They serve veg cuisine there but no issues if u bring non-veg from outside or you can ask them they will arrange in your room. The place is in prime location and close to the market approx 2km distance. It's a good place to stay with family and friends.
