Love women's hospital the staff the doctors everyone. Would specifically like to highlight my experience with doctor Namrata for my sonography for both my pregnancies. Absolutely professional yet very warm and had alot of patience, especially for my twin pregnancy. I was never nervous to go for my sonography as she was very positive and to the point!

I had delivered a baby in Women's Hospital & in that package it was 2 nights & 3 days stay so I was assuming post lunch will take discharge because I had to travel 30km & just to avoid peak office hours traffic we thought will leave post lunch Doc Gaytri rao & floor nurses were very corporative with my plan But AARTI lied to us that we have to leave as early as possible because she has allotted my room to someone & she was in OT already... without my concern how can she do that? Are you paying for this kind of services?? I was alone in the room as my husband went down for discharge paper work & I started panicking because being a 1st time mom taking care of your newborn,your stitches,you are low on energy & winding of stuff was not easy 1 nurse also started helping me to wrap up things, When my husband came he said it's okay it only 1 o clock we can leave post lunch because all the payment,paper work was done & head nurse also said the many rooms are empty but that Aarti lied to us & was not at all corporative indirectly she forced us thrice to leave as earliest as possible Maybe she wanted us to leave before her shift ends or what not I have no complaints regarding the doctors Dr.Manju Sinha & Dr Gaytri Rao they are a gem of a person The nurses & kitchen staff are very good & helpful but the front desk staff is the complete opposite Horrible time management by the reception staff in spite of having an appointment one has to wait for hours They only give time & still you have to wait hours I had sonography to be done with bladder full & still I had to wait an hour to get it done so painful process it was Atleast in your last few weeks they should corporate but every week same process waiting for hours No system of appointment followed

Horrible time management by the staff at the front desk, especially the staff member called JANET, inspite of having a 3.45 appointment and having informed them about having a flight at 8pm the same evening, we were made to wait for over 2 hours and 9 other patients who walked in after us (counter since I had so much time on hand there) were all done n home by the time we were taken in to see the doc! No System of appointments followed, no regard for patients waiting for hours, Extremely Upsetting!

Dr.Shweta Raje and Dr.Gayatri both are excellent doctors...They both understand the Problem of patient and always gives best treatment with best opinion,very helpful,polite and good doctors..They both explains queries very Patiently to the Patient.

The level of care at this hospital is unmatched - the staff is so attentive and wonderful. Dr Shweta is extremely comforting and a skilled surgeon. Thank you so much

I was treated on 2nd Nov23 by Doc Gayatri Rao for an uterus removal laproscopic surgery .I would highly recommend Doc Gayatri she is excellent .The way she commute n treat patient is excellent.she diagnose and explains the problem so sharply .if you are choosing Dr Gayatri for your laproscopic surgery you in safest hands.

It is a painful process to even get even a basic test like an ultrasound done here. Don't even get me started on getting an appointment with a doctor because even with a confirmed appointment you will end up spending hours here because the staff who sit at the desk are super casual and honestly don't care about you and there is no proper time management. They will also go to the extent of lying to you by saying the doctor is in the surgery or operating a patient just so that you can wait. Whilst I have no complaints regarding the doctor who consulted me (Dr Gayatri) she is really good, the process of getting a consultation with her is honestly painful. So if you have all the time in the world and are willing to sit for hours because there's no process in place, go for it.

My experience with Dr. Gayatri Rao @ women's hospital was extremely good. I have never met a doctor who is so calm and composed. She always treated me so lovingly and always assured everything was well and fine. She has that calming effect that I needed in my pregnancy esp when it was progressing and in the labor room. She helped me deliver my baby with the shortest labor and pain. I can't thank her enough for her support throughout my journey. I would highly recommend her to all the women who are planning pregnancy. She is very gentle and understands her patients well with patient.
