Best gym ever 10 kg in just 3 months Steam bath also
Every day is energetic, give your best follow the rules and maintain diet. SUCCESS IS DEFINITE. Our madam who is our trainer is very friendly and caring. I would suggest , guys please join this gym , get a new face in society. East or West , Women are the best.
One of the best gym for girls... specifically for girls i will recommend this...if u will do with dedication then u will see ur results very soon and our Padmini mam (Owner) so polite and good ...There is cardio,zumba,aerobics,weight training,steam and what not....u will love the placego girls .....

Womens gym is very nice gym with well behaviour nd heavy work out for weight loss....jumba aerobics cardio are daily routn excise ..best gym..
Nice place to start workout along with facilities like zumba, stretching and heavy machineries are also available with proper guidance.
