Not a hygienic & clean place to exercise. The floor and mats are never cleaned/replaced. U can find dust, hair strands everywhere. Poor maintenance with almost no equipment. The trainer never participate actively in all sessions(rather concerned about Herbalife business) and only some students will lead the class as if it's their own Zumba centre. You can find a lot of gossips unstoppable chit-chat rather than zumba or exercise (Not suitable for working professionals/students). Item songs are highly preferred here for Zumba and u will get knee pains as a bonus because the dance floor isn't maintained properly-damaged wooden floor is seen here.

Aunties form as groups at this place and never do class properly but they will stand in first place which cause confusion to all new students. They cause disturbance to other students with their behavior and promotes their groups in class.

Location is good.. mostly aerobics mam awesome..she behaves very cool..if we do proper workout and diet then we will get best results from this place

Well equipped with strict timings and good training. People who are too lazy to go to gym can prefer to aerobics and this place is a better option.
