Had a very bad experience at this hospital even after paying so much no facilities for families with the patient, people have to sleep on ground and on benches, even the food is expensive here with less quantity I mean why they are running just behind money and not genuinely do service and provide facilities.No discounts and over priced for every service which is not genuinely provided it's difficult for families with lower income to even be here when considering the charges even in emergency conditions they suffer a lot financially and even no discounts.

All in one , multi specialty medical services, clean premises

All the doctor teams are knowledgeable, experienced and very well behaved... heartily they care for their patients, never rush for next patients, they give enough time to patients and explain everything in a simple way... Some improvement is needed in the attitude of the nursing staff and management, but if we are going to consult the best doctor, we must accept a little for the best doctor... We must give priority to doctors... It also explains the discharge summary very well to the patient's relatives... It doesn't mean that they are getting care only in the hospital but it means that they are also getting care at home advisor... All the team of doctors are good but among all my favorites are Dr. Ketan P Chudasama Sir, Neurologist and Dr. Kapil Virpariya Sir, Cardiologist, Because their Knowledge, Experience, Patience and Heartfelt advice are appreciated...

I visited a gynaecologist here. She kept on insisting for a transvaginal ultrasound. I wasn't okay with it and i didn't want it, especially when i saw the instrument was not covered with probe cover or condom. And there was no way for me to know if it was cleaned in between patients. I was not going to take the risk as it was connected to my health. I had asked the doctor to just do a normal ultrasound for which i would have to drink a lot of water for her to get a clearer picture. I told her i will wait and you just see other patients. The nurse, who's shift was over and who was about to leave, told me that she would wait for me and she would leave after 30 minutes. I was so touched by the nurse's sensitivity and her empathy, but the doctor did not want to do it. Instead, she wrote on my prescription that I refused the transvaginal ultrasound. Let me tell you that if a woman does not want you to insert something in her private parts, it is her choice.Forcing her , intimidating her is assault and hence, an offence .There are other ways to get a clearer picture without downright assaulting her everytime she walks in for a gyanec issue. Telling the patient that there isn't is untrue and a form of manipulation. The patient is paying you for your time. You are supposed to take a patients concerns and convenience into account, and not yours. Before marriage I had check ups but when I told the doctor I was not married, they did an ultrasound without an internal exam. So it seems there is a way other than internal exam But this lady doctor didn't want to give her patient the time and care. Let me repeat here again: it is NOT OKAY to coerce or force a female patient to get an internal checkup if she doesn't want to by gaslighting or manipulating her, especially when other ways exists.
