Great experience! One of the best cafes I have visited till date. The grilled fish and the chicken steak is a must try. The teas and coffees are also quite good. The ambiance was great. Overall a nice place to spend time with family and friends.

What a charming little cafe! The atmosphere is lovely, and the decor is so unique. The service was fantastic, with such friendly staff. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious; we finally found the perfect Eggs Benedict in Kolkata! Meeting the chef was a delightful surprise. The coffee was excellent too. In my opinion, this place deserves more recognition; it's a hidden gem in the heart of the city. We're eager to explore more items on their menu soon.

Charcoal is a beautiful and cozy place with an outstanding view. They have a beautiful and soothing colour palette. It's on the top floor of Wise Owl Cafe. Each Corner of Charcoal is beautifully designed. The food was very presentable and very tasty which I did not expect seeing the colour of the plate, Rice with cheese gravy. This place definitely deserves some more attention and a spot in your insta feed.

One of the best places to have continental food. Nice ambience to spend time. Staff are well behaved and served their best to comfort us with all requirements. Food quality was upto the mark. I loved this place..wish to visit again. Washroom available. Parking available infront roadways. Both AC and non AC sitting available.

Had an awesome dining experience here, with kids, thanks to the friendly and dedicated staff here. Lovely ambiance and cozy place to dine with friends, family or just by your self. Comfort food, and delicious too.

Two of us visited for dinner on a Saturday evening. We ordered one grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, one seared bhetki fillet, one cucumber cooler mocktail, and one cup organic mint tea. Our grand total was INR 1256 for two. The service was exceptionally slow. The servers were very distracted and also a little impatient initially to explain the menu to us. The crowd wasn't much but they were being unable to properly manage. Thus the service definitely needs to be improved. Biggest difficulty is that their dining tables are exceptionally small which makes it very difficult to keep and move the food plates. There's no space at all on the table or anywhere to even keep your bag and the cutlery box is huge for that size of a table. Ambience, service, and amenities need to be improved. Food is average and okay, not exceptional. I did like the cucumber cooler though. Overall if not for the company it's a pretty forgettable experience and is just another Kolkata cafe focused on business, not the experience.

A cozy Cafe for friends meet and greet . We ordered drinks ( blue sparkle, red owl and fretini ) , fish finger, BBQ chicken pizza( with mushroom and broccoli add on), chicken lasagna . Among these loved the lasagna most. The amount they serve is sharable by 2.The Cafe is pocket friendly and great ambience. Must try for something unique.

Amazing place. The food is really good and fresh. The service is a bit slow. But the ambience is really good. You should totally visit it with friends and family. Price is also reasonable.
