Best shop to buy products for your pet.

Deserves zero stars. Ordered few items from here via grofers. They were supposed to deliver by 1pm. At 4pm even when order didn't show up and worried since it was a prepaid order, my husband called up the store directly ( since order was supposed to be delivered by the store itself) only to be met with immense rude behavior and verbal abuses. I called myself and the abuse continued. I was really shocked as this is the first time i faced such abusive behavior. Kindly avoid this store as these people should learn how to talk to people in a civilized manner.

I completely agree with what others have to say. If you're looking for pets and/or pet care, just avoid this place at any costs. This is a place where pets go to die. Horribly kept under very inhuman conditions; three little pups in one small confined cage, dead fishes in the aquarium. Their service is also the worst. I have called them numerous times for aquarium cleaning, and even after several attempts, fixing a time for cleaning, I'd be waiting here only to have a 'no show' from them. If you're looking for someone to clean the tanks, be prepared to call them 20 times before they finally show up. AVOID THIS SO CALLED PET SHOP AT ANY COSTS.

I should not give them a single star also, since wanted to provide the review i had to. I bought a german shepherd puppy for 11000 from here and they said that he is vaccinated with 9 in 1 diseases vaccination which includes parvo, he was 32 days old only. The day we bought, next day onwards he started showing symptoms of parvo, we went to the doctor and came to know that he has parvo though when we bought him the doctor in the pet shop has vaccinated him, later we came to know that he was effected by parvo earlier we bought and the vaccination only works after the dog is 45 days old. We lost him after treatment as parvo is non curable disease. Guys, please dont buy any pet from here, they charge more and sell diseased puppies. One of the worst pet shop in gurgaon.

Has basic items for dogs also grooming just the basic essentials they have for more advanced or specialised items its better to look elsewhere first

These people selling pets have no idea nor treat pets properly . Infected pets are also sold . Wrong advises given without knowledge . Once pet is sold God help you .Doctor also has limited knowledge . AVOID THIS SHOP

Not a very big store...but u will find what u r looking for...staff is well behaved

Had a very unpleasant experience especially with their Vet. Won't recommend anyone who love their puppy to trust these guys
