My recent visits to the villa for various functions have been average. The villa provided a suitable space for hosting events, with functional facilities and ample room for gatherings. However, there wasn't anything particularly exceptional or unique about the villa that would set it apart from other event venues. The interior layout and decor were adequate, but they didn't leave a lasting impression. The amenities provided for events were practical, meeting the basic requirements for hosting functions. In terms of service, the staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that the events ran smoothly. However, there were no standout elements that made the service truly outstanding or memorable. While the villa served its purpose as a venue for functions, it lacked the special qualities or features that would make it a truly remarkable or unforgettable location. If you're seeking a functional event space, the villa could be a suitable choice, but if you're looking for something more distinctive or extraordinary, you might want to explore other options as well.

Best place for open functions, they have halls suitable for indoor functions also. It's a good place to organize football and cricket tournaments. They have pool facility for men and women separately.

Good place for events like football matches, marriages and get togethers. A posh place in the midst of harsh environment. This place is still under construction so can't really rate the housing facilities. Overall it's a good place for large functions.

Went to have swim, but unlucky was not permitted inside due to lack of water inside. Looks neatly land scaped with with gorgeous villas in. Heard famous persinalities visit here and swim cost Rs 100 per head

Had very bad experience ...you will loose your valuebles easily if unattended . I lost my brand new chappel and management is very careless about it .there is no cctv and security is below average the pool is of low standards. I do not recommend

Very nice place.had a very pleasure expirience.nice place to stay health and mind tention free. Having lot of fun with friends. Very good fresh breath and many more beautiful visuals are there near the kasaragod town.

Its a good abd big place to events and functions, parties, etc.. There are toilets inside and big hall for dining. Good place for big events
