Very good ambience and hospitality. It was an awesome experience with friends. The services was awesome. Without doubt one of my favorite resorts. We only stayed here one night, but the hotel was lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager.
Absolute rubbish. When we reached the resort at 3 PM, our room was not ready. The manager is not at all supportive and told there is no other option but to wait to get the rooms ready since last guests checked out just now.
There is no housekeeping staff available. You will have to carry your luggage yourself to the room.
There are no pool timings. There are people creating ruckus even post midnight in the pool creating all sorts of wild environment and nobody can help it.
This resort deserves a zero rating. Unfortunately, lowest rating is 1. Do not fall for the beautiful photographs. Dont make a mistake of coming here with family. You will regret it.
