There was one person managing the stay who helped us with our stuff. Sweet gal, showed us places to eat around and even showed us the terrace. The sheets and pillows smelled like they hadn't been changed in forever Keep in mind this isn't a hotel and more of a home stay there's no room service whatsoever
Don't book in this hotel, you need to pay money and need to stay on roads... though you paid full money owner won't wait until ur checking or confirmation he will give ur booked room to some others ..if he offers more money... I went with my family and stayed on road for full night

Budget stay rooms in valparai, cleanliness is poor and customer support and service is fine. Very near to Valaprai bus stand.
