Wingston A Treehouse Hotel Barsana - Hotel in Kosi Kalan, Barsana - Mathura, India

Wingston was recommended to us by the Panditji at Barsana Temple for lunch. The restaurant is neat clean with a pleasant atmosphere. There was some renovation happening when we entered and we asked the manager if the restaurant is open and they said yes, thus we ordered. Once the food arrived, we requested the waiter, steward and the manager Mr Mahesh Kumar if they could hold the work till we finished our meal as there was continuous noise from the chandelier overhead, which was annoying. All of them didn't pay any heed to our requests. A good meal in a well maintained hotel in heart of Radha Rani's abode was unfortunately spoilt only due to poor service.

A very detriorating experience with Wingston Barsana hotel. I have arrived there with my booking at 2 am (early morning) but as i reached clme to know that all rooms were already occupied. Staff was not even ready to provide the last room available there which i hve been told by their staff, they just said we cant give you this room because we have booked another category of room, I have also offered some extra money but he said no, that was indeed very irritating.

We went there for lunch, there were only two families already who were eating their lunch. They took around 10 minutes to come to take our order. After taking our order they serve us steel glasses which wasn't clean at all. After complaining they changed it. Around 15 minutes they come with our order. Overall not a satisfactory experience

Wingston hotel situated at prime location..shree ji temple,kirti temple,Priya kund,priyeshwer Mahadev temple at walking distance from hotel ..Room cleaness are awesome .food and staff Behavior too much nice..value for money

highly recommended this hotel for family or friends visit of Darshana in Barsana. The Keerti temple is right in front of the hotel and Radharani Temple starting point and Parikrama point is at an auto worth rupee 10 rs distance. Most amazing thing was the view of Radharani Temple from the hotel room when you are at hotel. The day and night darshan of temple is mesmerising. cleanliness to staff everyone deserves a 5 star. Radhe Radhe :-) don't miss to do parikarama and darshan of Krishna Hasth Chinha and Radhakrishna charan chinha on the way to parikrama road and this Prikrama Road ends at Radharani temple. It was a nice stay here...clean room and good behaviour of staff It's a pleasent atmosphere with very polite staffs and front desk team, they are always ready to help beyond the limit. Foods are very delicious and with lots of Verity in buffet. I appreciate their efforts to make our stay happy and memorable. Special thanks to Mr.Pavan Hans who is working at reception as front desk, he is very polite and super supportive.

Hotel is at good location. Service is also fine and staff is good. Its overpriced as there is no other same hotel. Parking is an issue when hotel is full on the weekends. Service = Good Staff = Good Car Parking = can be an issue on the weekends. Location = Excellent just opposite kirti mandir Overall ok bit overpriced in the segment Radhe Radhe!
