Windsor Manor Resort - A well maintained resort located around 6 Km from main Kasauli market. Pros - 1) Very clean rooms 2) Service is prompt 3) Food is good. 4) Staff is very polite Cons 1) Limited parking space available 2) Staff will not put extra effort to fulfil the requirements of the guests. 3) Mattresses are soft. If one has a back problem, person might find it uncomfortable. Our room mattress was damaged and had to be replaced the next day. 4) Staff prefers guests to check out exactly at 1200 even if rooms are avble on a weekday. We were called at 1130 and asked if we need to extend our stay. When we said that we would not be extending, staff asked if they should send someone to get the luggage from the room, indirectly asking us to check out ( even though we didn't ask for a late check out) Overall we had a comfortable stay and resort is good for travellers who prefer premium quality stays.

The banquet hall structure is without any centre pillars giving an uninterrupted view of the event happening. Also have great parking space.
