The hotel is an old hotel with good elegance, location and view. But it scores zero on the mainstay of any hotel, hygiene! Scores an absolute zero on hygiene Carpets are torn old and full of dust Blankets are smelling and dusty Curtains are dirt laden Towels are placed unhygienically Room has seepage marks Cutlery is old Thermos flask in which tea was brought appeared had seen much better days Cups and saucer chipped and cracks Looks like the grandeur of the building is being destroyed by unhygienic interiors

A very nice property which is not taken care of. Went with a group of 22 people for 2 nights and checked out of the lodge after a night. Shabby room, basic food options. Location is a plus one for people who like peace. The lodge maintenance was a big issue, though the staff was polite.

We stopped here for lunch . It was okay .their dal makhani was way too white . Chicken was ok .Service was good and prompt .

Location is off the road n quiet Rooms are big n spacious Food n service is very good Manager rakesh sharma deserves a special mention ( going out of the way to enquire about issues n making stay of guests comfortable)

Have stayed here 3 times, My go to stay in Ranikhet. Beautiful colonial time property. Comes with lot of legacy and heritage from British time. Food is great, Staff is generous, Rajesh Ji handles the property and is the best person who offers top hospitality.

Mr Rajesh an excellent person in charge of the property. He takes special care of all the Guests and interacts with all with helpful tips. We had an excellent time at Windsor Lodge and are sure to return to the same in next few months again.

It's indeed a treat to be here. Whether it's to stay or simply dine, the staff are extremely sweet and warm and go beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms have an amazing view obviously, but the food deserves a spl mention. Really good Tandoori chicken and Mutton Roghanjosh. Mr. Rajesh who manages the property goes beyond to make you feel comfortable.

Excellent service! The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a panoramic view of the hills. Ideal place for a serene quiet family vacay. The interiors of the rooms are stunning. Food is Excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Girish for the extra effort and care that he took to ensure our stay comfortable. Thanks to the chef, sous chef and the entire kitchen team for making such yummy licious food for us. Also a shout out to Mr. Rajesh for making us feel welcome and guiding us on places to visit. We had an amazing experience at the hotel and would love to revisit . Thanks a lot to the whole team for the experience.
