Horrible place to stay. We have shifted to the place before 3weeks. No water from taps, too much of voltage fluctuations, still no individual meters(residents are using submeters), water seepage from windows during rain, poor construction, pathetic management. Maintenance charges are too high and the basic amenities are not present. Residents are all fade up with management.
I am a current resident of Phase 1 and their amenities are non existent. Basic things like water and electricity is not available properly. No cleaning is done . Lousy management. The ground level workers are hardworking and helpless. They are employed below minimum wage and are exploited just like the owners. No maintenance of field, no secure boundary around waterbody , accidents can happen any time, no access to swimming pool gym etc, They are charging exorbitant maintenance fee without justification, not allowing any rituals for marriage inside community hall. Signum is looting us. SHAME

Very good location, just opposite to the APC college in Madhyamgram. Just 10mins from Madhyamgram railway station. very specious and beautiful flats with all modern amenities.

You should experience their hospitality while you scout for a property. Location right on the main road. Nice plan and landscaping scope. Prices are commensurate to the location I guess.
Just loved it. The location is very nice in front if APC College. Layout of the flats are very good and well planned. The quality of the model flat is of top notch quality. Expected to use thd same in sll the flats. I will recommend Mr Soumen Gupta for his very helpful nature. Other staffs are also very helpful.
