Windale Resorts - Resort hotel in Pooppara - Idukki, India

The rooms were pretty clean and the location was superb with a valley view. Food was just delicious. Only drawback they don't have much amenities like pool, game room, play area . Just have rooms and kitchen and open area.

Very nice service , the food is incredible, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are very neat and well maintained . Overall one of the best resorts in Munnar . I would highly recommend to everyone .

No security I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Windale Resort, and while there were many positive aspects of my experience, I feel it is important to address a significant concern that left a lasting impact. Specifically, I would like to highlight the lack of security measures in place for families, which cast a shadow over my stay. During my visit, my family and I were the only guests at Windale Resort. It was surprising to discover that there was only one staff member responsible for managing the entire resort. This individual was seemingly overwhelmed with the numerous tasks they had to handle, ranging from guest services to maintenance. The issue became particularly apparent when it came to security. With just one staff member on duty, it was virtually impossible for them to effectively address any potential security concerns that may have arisen. This left us feeling vulnerable and uneasy throughout our stay. Considering Windale Resort's appeal as a family-oriented destination, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, especially those with young children, should be a top priority.

We received good service. Very nice ambience clean room. Early morning view from the balcony is exceptionally great. Delicious breakfast but limited menu just 2 items. It will be amazing if you can add some more options with cut fruits, Juices.. etc.

Nice rooms and good location. Only road access is slightly off...

Giving 5 stars for staff hospitality. Selvam is real friendly guy, who accompanied us in all aspects . Took us to hiking on top of mullanthandu kurishumala for sunrise. The property is located in lonely place , with pinch of remote Tamil village touch inside cardamom plantations .

Resort situated at a scenic location. Good service by all staff. Food is also delicious, classy and reasonable price tag holding. Also has spots to relax outside the rooms.

Value for Money. Away from hustle and bustle. Difficult to access but totally worth it. Rooms with great view. Waking up is definitely the best part. Palatable & quality food. Enjoyed the stay with family. Anayirankal dam nearby which has boating, a small park and a restaurant. Good for a weekend trip.
