Wind Cross Hotel (kalka) - Hotel in Kalka - Panchkula, India

Average property for taking a halt from Delhi to Shimla or vice-versa. Location of hotel is good, it's close to main market and Kalka railway station. Kali mata temple and Pinjore gardens are near by too. Rooms are compact with dull lightning. Washroom was not up to the mark (WC flush was not working and the glass was broken too). They don't have an in-house kitchen but they do facilitate food from a near by restaurant. Staff was supportive as well. Seems like people only use hotels in this area for one night halt only. Hotel management should work towards maintaining the property.

I'm living in locality of it. But it's my first time for Wind Cross Hotel kalka. Everything everything is awesome here including staff lovit__

A beautiful stay at The Windcross, Kalka. Right after we reached by auto, they helped with the luggage. Check in was very smooth. Clean rooms with hot water supply. Dinner was also available on order but we didn't need that(as we had dinner in train). Hotel is also very close by station and bus stand which adds on to the convenience. Highly recommended! Side by side rooms were given and hotel rooms were hygeinic, safe and secure.

I will say, this is Good hotel for stay if you are taking halt Near Kalka or planing to go towards Kasauli. Prices are reasonable (Starting ~1800Rs as on April-2023) & Service was good. Manager was polite & helpful. Room Service person (Mr. Pathak ji) was also helpful. Room, mattress, towels were clean, Gyser, TV, AC & other things were smooth. Dinner was tasty (they have tie-up with some restaurant).

Stayed only 1 night but Nice and clean hotel.. the reception guy was super helpful. Value for money. Location wise its very near to Kalka train station.

Location was good. Staff behaviour was good. However, the room allotted to us was having water seepage issue on the wall attached to the washroom. Ok for one night stay...

Owner Vijay Ji & Staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Food is nice. Hospitality is good. All air conditioned rooms and Heaters will be provided on seasonal climate with extra cost. Parking facility is also available. Regards Ram Traders

Good HOTEL, clean & budget. The owner is super cooperative, staff ok. Kitchen closes by 10:30pm after that no food is available - not around till 3 kms. You have to walk coz transportation available in the area....
