Win Vision Eye Hospitals - Hospital in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I have been coming here from 7 years,treatment of doctors here is really very good these people are upgrading with time along with the methods of treatment and the hospitality here is very excellent. Dr. Sujit Modboina gave good advice after listening to my complete problems. I also suggest people to come here once and see Win Vision with their own eyes. It was a good experience altogether. We had visited for cataract surgery. For the first eye the surgery went smooth however for the second eye while undergoing surgery, the blood started coming out and the whole eye was swollen (it was very fearful experience) but hopefully after a month or so everything was normal and doctors could perform the surgery and it was successful. The hospital is clean, hygenic. The staff is humble, patient and follows up with the patient on timely basis. The Doctors are also very understanding. But these issues might occur at any place. Can't really point at what exactly went wrong but patient and their attendants should always be very careful and attentive while undergoing any surgeries. Maybe if the number of times they call to different rooms and briefing of doctors assistants is reduced and only the doctor themselves inform everything to patient, everyone will be on the same page. I would surely recommend this hospital.

Date of visit: 2nd October 2023 Three patients. Booked an appointment 10 days prior. First of all, waiting time is huge. We waited for atleast 4 hours. And appointments are disregarded. People who walk in later are allowed to get checked earlier than the ones with appointments. We booked an appointment with Dr. Sreelakshmi but she wasn't available. Her personal assistant did not even care to inform us about the same. Instead they got us checked with another doctor without any consent. Absolutely shocked by their behaviour. Before giving us the reports, they kind of intimidate patients to give reviews on Google. Never seen such a behaviour so far with any hospital. If the management doesn't follow the appointment system, they should clearly inform the patients of the same. If the doctor is going to unavailable, courtesy is to inform. What's the whole point of having an appointment atleast 10 days before visit. When we told her PA about all this, she said ma'am will be available in 15 mins. Whereas the Dr. had surgeries lined up and would not be available for atleast 2 hours minimum. Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff. Expected much better. My suggestion would be to not fall for the gamut of positive reviews present online.

Really excellent service, in the hospital. As we enter into the premises, no need to wait at all. Every step they guide us as per requirement. Staff, nurses very polite and good behavior. Hygiene good. Doctor interact simply and nicely, cataract operation done successful and.go..

I recently visited this win vision eye hospital for a check-up and I was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention I received. The staff were friendly and professional, and the environment was clean and comfortable. The doctor was very thorough in his examination and was able to answer all my questions. I was also impressed with the way they took their time to explain the results and treatment options to me. Overall, I had a great experience at the Win vision eye hospital and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I have been coming to Dr. Sreelakhsmi for more than 8 years. My husband and many of his relatives have got their cataract surgery done here. The surgeries were done perfectly. Now I Susarla Ruth have got my cataract done in the left eye on 25.11.23 and it has been done perfectly. I am very satisfied with the doctors and the staff here.

It's an amazing Hospital, Hospital staff is so friendly and Especially doctor Sreelaxmi Nimmagadda I never see a friendly doctor like her, She made us so comfortable, I definitely recommend this Hospital for everyone

My family has been visiting this hospital for the past 3 years and we are completely satisfied. The entire staff is very courteous and the medical treatment we received was excellent. My mother was operated on for a cataract and she is completely fine now. Every time we will be notified about the time it would take for every visit. The regular eye check up would take time as they perform all the required tests to get a clear picture of the problem. This hospital has very good doctors - both for elders and children too.
