The room didn't have water heater, also the bed sheet and blankets weren't good. No TV in the room, they didn't provide soap/ shampoo and there wasn't breakfast in the morning. Lot of mosquitoes and room was way far inside from the main road. Service is okay okay. The property is old and the room smells of alcohol, furniture is not up to mark. Wouldn't stay here next time at all.
Good value for the money. I was on a budget room of 835. Staff was nice. Big pool and availability from 8AM to 8PM which is great but they didn't turn the lights on after dark. Also trees around it causes it to be unclean. Overall it was good.
Tres bon hotel, en plein centre mais a l'ecart du bruit ce qui permet d'apprecier au calme la piscine qui est propre et tres agreable. On peut meme commander des cafes ou thes a l'hotel. Le patron est disponible. Je recommande. Remarque si vous arrivez a moto ou voiture cous pouvez la laisser sur le grand parking au bout de la jetee.
Super qualite prix pour une famille de six sachant que le jardin et la piscine sont tres agreable rafraichissante et bien arborise. Les chambres sont grandes et beneficie d un balcon. Nos enfants etaient super contents .
This was our second visit and the owner was extremely rude. Last time i posted a review that they were rude regarding that they called my friend and asked so i just deleted and post 5star for not making another scene. This time the onwer was a rude too . So i dont suggest to stay here.
To be frank, a total waste of money. The owner was rude and unpolite as if he was paying for our stay. Rooms were too hot and shabby. Bathrooms were disgusting. And the bed, pillow, sheets had a bad smell as well. Best option is to avoid this and go for other nearby resorts like neelakanta...etc
Do not choose this property, even if this is the last option to stay at Kovalam or Light house beach , the owner is extremely rude and racist he simply marked me as a disgusting North Indian just because I asked him to fix a good price for the property, absolute zero hospitality and zero welcoming nature. Now coming to the room , believe the other negative reviews these people aren't lying , room condition is absolutely terrible so many insects were there . See the images and decide for yourself.

Great hotel located few meters away from the beach. The room was spacious, well equipped (AC, TV, Fan, Towels, Hot water, Toilet paper) and clean. Good and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast was good and served on the balcony of the room. Nice staff as well.
